I couldn’t be happier with the gal that assisted me. Within minutes of placing my order, she emailed AND called me to inform me that some of the flowers in the arrangement weren’t currently available. She said she had several ideas for substitutions. Seeing as I’m the customer and she’s the florist, I trusted her judgment . It turned out great and I have zero complaints. It was delivered on time (technically early). Their communication is top notch and I’ll be using them again in the future when needed
